I found a purple dll its name is UACahbmpwps.dll and when i google there was no results about it? Should i remove it?
oh and there’s no description, company name or versipn

Have you tried following these instructions?
Just joking – you might have a problem with a BHO (Browser Helper Object) – does this message appear only with one browser? If so, that is probably the problem and you can use HiJackThis to remove the offending files.
Otherwise if it happens when you use all web browsers it might be some type of malware you need to irradicate using the botts technique as described in this video.
It most certainly does not seem like it is important to the OS, so you could always discable it with the CALCS command and see if it affects any other software. Looks like a pretty random name though and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was some type of malware.

I have tried the cacls method and it said “No assignment has been carried out between accounts and the ID’s” Or something similar like that (used a translator).
Is there something wrong with my comp if im unable to do the cacls method? =/

. If i get a malware program that blocks all my programs and the internet can i use the bot to sop it from doing that. I just recently got the malware called spywareblue or something like that and i had to do a system restore(with backup). I was able to delete the viruses in the backup folder but i was wondering if i could use that to eliminate having to reformat the pc if something like that happens again. Thank you!
This is very cool… However, my issue is a computer that is SO infected, I cannot even get onto the internet to obtain this software. I was barely able to run a msconfig. Anyone know how I can remove the infections manually, for real? As in using a Regedit or something?
Try booting your computer in safe mode. Or get a USB device, put the pc fix install onto the usb, transfer onto the infected computer, run it.
that happened 2 my pc…it was so bad i had 2 clean it….ya wen it gets 2 that u have 2 clean it or else ur pc will crash and wont even work. ive heard of some cd that u can buy 2 walmart that copies everything EXCEPT the virus, deletes everything INCLUDING the virus and then reinstalls everything.
